Burman Estate Services can provide services to clients on a consulting basis working under a service agreement. A Power of Attorney may be necessary depending on the nature of work requested. For matters of a financial nature, a Power of Attorney is usually required.
The consulting option is available to clients of record who have appointed Burman Estate Services in their estate planning documents. Assistance is often needed prior to death due to memory difficulties or other losses in physical or mental capacity. We can provide assistance selecting in-home-care services which may allow you to remain in your home rather than relocating to a retirement facility. We can also assist in the management of your finances including budgeting and paying bills.
This option may be available to those who have not appointed Burman Estate Services in their estate planning documents, on a time available basis.
